Shipping Policies

-All Ready to Ship items will ship within 3-5 business days. Usually sooner but USPS is slow due to COVID at this time.

We ship via USPS. Once the package has left our hands, it is up to USPS to get it delivered to you. We are NOT responsible for lost or missing packages.

-All pre-order items will ship according to the times in the product descriptions.

• When the item arrives and is in my possession, we will ship the item within 2-3 business days. The estimated shipping time differs based on the Pre-Order item you are purchasing. Please refer back to the product description on the item you wish to purchase, for estimated arrival time for that specific item.
• The estimated ship date is an approximate communicated date from our vendors.
• Pre-Order items almost always ship in 12-15 business days after the close of the Pre-Order date, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Pre-Order Disclaimer:

Because the item is not in our possession yet, we cannot guarantee an exact date your item will ship. Each Pre-Order item has an estimated ship date, but this is subject to change from our vendors without prior notice. If for any reason we cannot fill your Pre-Order, we will refund you the full amount immediately. We do not offer refunds on longer ship times.

Undeliverable Packages:

If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order to the corrected shipping address.

Shipping will NOT be refunded.
