FAQs

Turnaround Time

The majority of my items are hand-pressed, made by me, or sourced from other small businesses. I order supplies/materials once a week as needed. This, combined with possible weather/Covid related shipping delays, has extended my normal shipping time. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to be ready for pickup/shipping, unless we have discussed and agreed upon another timeframe in advance. I will always do my best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. (Please see the link to shipping policies at the bottom of the website for more in depth policies).

Refund Policy

I take the time to carefully inspect all items upon receipt and prior to packaging for defects or issues. If you happen to find any issues with your order, please contact me within 3 days of pickup/delivery. It is normal for the heat press to leave press lines which go away with the first wash, however if you notice any other defects before wearing or washing, please contact me to discuss a refund. NO refunds will be given after a shirt has been worn or washed so please inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt and make sure to follow proper care instructions for washing and drying your shirts.

Size charts are listed on the website, therefore NO refunds will be given for incorrect size. If you have questions regarding size, please reach out and I will help you decide what size would be best.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged: 

  • Graphic Tees/Shirts created in house
  • Pre-Orders (once paid for)
  • Jewelry
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Any personal care goods (beauty products, bath bombs/salts)
  • Swimwear/intimates

Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific items. We make the majority of our Graphic Tees/Shirts on demand so requesting a size exchange would be producing an entirely new product. Please make sure you refer to the included size/style charts. We are NOT responsible for the customer choosing an incorrect size. If you have sizing questions, please ask before placing your order. Custom hand pressed by Simply Cowgirl by SN, LLC.

Cancellation Policy for Graphic Tees**NO** cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We will NOT cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within a couple of hours of purchase). Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for shipment. Therefore, due to the nature of in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully to ensure you have ordered your items just as you want them before placing it, as each item is custom made to the specifications of each order.

**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY sale items or gift cards**

Custom items are FINAL SALE.

Care Instructions for Apparel

  • Wash inside out on cold/delicate using mild detergent. Avoid the use of bleach and fabric softener.
  • Tumble dry on delicate or hang dry.
  • Do NOT iron any decoration
