We have a 3 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags as applicable, and in its original packaging if available.

To start a refund/exchange, you can contact us at simplycowgirlbysn@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. **This label will be deducted from your refund amount, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be invoiced for the shipping back to you as well.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the situation and remedy it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged: 

• Graphic Tees/Shirts created in house
• Pre-Orders (once paid for)
• Jewelry
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Any personal care goods (beauty products, bath bombs/salts)
• Swimwear/intimates

Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific items. We make the majority of our Graphic Tees/Shirts on demand so requesting a size exchange would be producing an entirely new product. Please make sure you refer to the included size/style charts. We are NOT responsible for the customer choosing an incorrect size. If you have sizing questions, please ask before placing your order. Custom handpressed by Simply Cowgirl by SN, LLC.

Cancellation Policy for Graphic Tees: **NO** cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We will NOT cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within a couple of hours of purchase). Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for shipment. Therefore, due to the nature of in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully to ensure you have ordered your items just as you want them before placing it, as each item is custom made to the specifications of each order.

**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY sale items or gift cards**

Custom items are FINAL SALE.
